I am directed by the Management Committee to give you notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will take place on Wednesday 13th May at 8 pm at the Clubhouse when the following business will be considered: -

1. Apologies for absence.
2. Approval of Minutes for Annual General Meeting 2025
3. Receiving and approval of Officers’ reports for Season 2025/26.
4. Approval of accounts for year ending 30th September 2025.
5. Election of Officers for season 2026/27.
6. Any Other Business of which notice has been properly given to me in writing by 30th April 2026.
The meeting will be held in the Clubhouse main bar. Please follow the link below to enable you to propose and second candidates for election. This has replaced the conventional method of proposal by display of notice in the Clubhouse.
